MAMMOTH REALTOR HOOKS "SERIOUS BITES" WITH
CITY CONCIERGE WEBSITE PARTNERSHIP
Mammoth Lakes, CA, April 25, 2006 - Sometimes I learn a lot in
my job, especially when I interview interesting and successful people
like Greta Dickson, Realtor Associate for the Century 21 Mammoth
Realty, about her business partnership with City Concierge. Sincere
and sharp, Dickson has prided herself in making perfect matches
between people and their new homes or investments for the past several
years. So it was forward thinking on her part when, fourteen months
ago, she and Jefferson Lanz, City Concierge's managing director,
chose to develop a business partnership. Dickson decided to keep
pace with progressive Real Estate marketing techniques and advertise

marketing tools to capture the attention of these serious buyers. Advertising

Concierge", is the way she did it. Everyday, visitors, shoppers,
and homebuyers use the City Concierge website for central guest reservation
services, vacation planning, and product and services shopping.
Thousands of people see Dickson's ad - averaging over 2,000 eyeballs
or "readership" persons per day.
Her interactive multimedia banner is an eye grabber on the site's
front page. Designed by her and created by Lanz, the catchy user-friendly
ad allows the website's visitor to "click" on it, which
then sends the viewer directly to Dickson's own Real Estate website.
She is delighted with how this partnership with Lanz and City Concierge
brings more exposure and business to her site.
"Jefferson Lanz is a pleasure to work with. He gives me good
guidance, and this guidance has lead to income," says Dickson.
She feels that her ad's exposure through City Concierge has been
an effective way to increase income and to draw attention to her
services to many more people than by using print advertising alone.
Although Dickson places successful ads in both the Real Estate Book
and Mammoth Monthly Magazine, she feels that coordinating these ads
and using Internet advertising is a "good and effective
blend" with the other media. People use different sources to
shop for real estate and a realtor associate. One of the unique
benefits of the Internet is that it has no geographical boundary
- people can shop Dickson's business, see properties, learn about
her services, and contact her from anywhere in the world.
She understands the changing technology within the Real Estate industry
