CENTRALIZED RESERVATION SERVICE EXPANDS
CITY CONCIERGE ADDS HOTELS & TRAVEL PACKAGES
Mammoth Lakes, California - The City Concierge,
the epicenter for information and Reservations at the Mammoth Lakes
Resort announces the addition of real-time hotel reservations online
at www.CityConcierge.com. The new service joins their centralized condominium
reservation service that was launched in April. Additionally, the City
Concierge has bundled together many of its suppliers to create discounted
travel packages that answer the needs of customers. The new services
give a visitor the chance to find both vacation rentals and hotels
in real-time so that one stop shopping is easier. The CityConcierge.com
website enables travelers to Mammoth the ability to book real-time
reservations, at a single location, eliminating the need to call each
agency or visit various websites to see what is available. This is
especially helpful during the holidays when "sold out" is
a commonly heard phrase. As developers of marketing tools and services
for the travel industry, the City Concierge connects travelers wanting
up to the minute vacation information with easy to use reservation
interfaces that shows pictures and descriptions of each unit or property
along with the detailed specifications.
Mammoth offers over 100 lodging and hotel properties.
Coupled with the myriad of online booking options, the need to
centralized has become mandatory. "The customer response

The Travel Industry Association of America reports
that 64 million reservations are now booked online and 42% of
all travelers book online. The Center for Media Research reports
that Travel has now surpassed Cars as the most searched vertical
and Nielsen states that online expenditures for travel advertising
is now a 15.9 billion dollar business.
The City Concierge exemplifies the changes in the
travel industry as most travelers turn to the web to help plan
trips, find vacation packages, and all the services they may need.
They won't have to spend time on the phone during business hours, or while on

With winter travel getting kicked off this weekend,

to Lanz, "The Colorado Resorts are marketing heavily to Southern
California to win back business which declined after 9/11."
