REAL-TIME CENTRALIZED RESORT RESERVATIONS
LAUNCHES IN MAMMOTH LAKES
Mammoth Lakes, California- The City Concierge,
the epicenter for information on the Mammoth Lakes Resort announces
the addition of real-time centralized lodging reservations for group
and family travel available online at www.MammothLakes.info and
www.CityConcierge.com The new service is made possible through
a joint venture with Stay-USA.com, Inc., developers of real-time
internet productivity tools for the vacation rental industry. The
venture enables Mammoth visitors to book real-time reservations,
at a single location, eliminating the need to call each agency or
visit various web sites to see what is available. City Concierge
connects travelers wanting up to the minute vacation information,
and now reservations, with an easy to use interface that shows pictures
of each unit along with the detailed specifications.
The service enables real-time searching of individual condominium
and rental properties based on criteria such as quantity of bedrooms,
price range, and location in addition to the travel days. Each unit
displayed has pictures of the interior, description, along with
its price and availability. The entire rental transaction is handled
on secure servers so that users can feel completely comfortable
reserving the unit with a credit card.
The launch of this new service at the City Concierge web sites is
a major undertaking, as the Town of Mammoth Lakes attempted a similar
project before but was unable to connect to each management companies
reservation system. The Stay-USA Portal software automatically communicates
with each management company's Property Plus reservation system,
eliminating any additional effort from the companies. This new service
compliments the guest services already provided to visitors by the
City Concierge such as activity and event information, travel packages,
special deals and real estate info.
