not manage any properties, but only provides this service to you, their

101 Great EscapesBefore finalizing a reservation with 101 Great Escapes, please be sure to read the following deposit requirements and cancellation fee information.Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets are allowed in any unit Deposit Requirements and Cancellation Fees: NON HOLIDAY periods Deposit billed today is 50% of reservation total. Balance is due upon arrival. NON HOLIDAY deposits are refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. NON HOLIDAY deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Therefore, deposits for reservations placed within 2 weeks of arrival are non-refundable. HIGH TIME HOLIDAY periods: Christmas & President's Holiday Deposit billed today is 50% of reservation total. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. HIGH TIME HOLIDAY deposits are refunded less a 10% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations placed within 6 weeks of arrival: Full non-refundable payment due at the time of booking. No refund is given for cancellations within 6 weeks of the arrival date. REGULAR HOLIDAY Deposit billed today is 50% of reservation total. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. REGULAR HOLIDAY deposits are refunded less a 10% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations placed within 3 weeks of arrival: Full non-refundable payment due at the time of booking. No refund is given for cancellations within 3 weeks of the arrival date. We will authorize a security deposit in the amount of $500 which would be billed if there is any loss to or damage sustained in the unit as a result of occupancy. Full loss of security deposit as well as immediate check out with no refund will occur for: 1) Bringing ANY type of pet or exceeding the maximum unit capacity. 2) Continued non-compliance with posted rules or disturbing noise levels. 3) Loss or damage to condo - penalty will equal the cost of repair and/or replacement. 1849 CondosAll of our properties are privately owned and have been designated nonsmoking and not pet units. Evidence of pets and/or smoking in the condos is grounds for eviction without benefit of refund. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The 1849 Condominiums will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. You agree to hold the owners/employees of The 1849 Condominiums harmless from any and all damages and /or liabilities to real and/or personal property, and/or bodily injury to you, and members of your party while staying on this property.OCCUPANCY REGULATIONS - Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to: 2 Bedroom Unit 4-6 Person Maximum 3 Bedroom Unit 6-8 Person Maximum 4 Bedroom Unit 8-10 Person Maximum Occupancy limits have been set by the local fire code. Violations of these limits may result in forfeiture of the remainder of your stay with NO Refund. If you have extra guests, please inquire about the availability of units. BOOKING POLICY: We will begin taking reservations for the winter season after Labor Day of the same year. We begin taking summer reservations in March of each year. Management reserves the right to change assigned accommodations and to refuse service, up to and including the day of arrival. RESERVATIONS: All reservations require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of booking. Please note that last minute reservations are excluded from this refund policy. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival or 30 days prior to arrival during Holiday periods. -Cancellation before the balance is due results in refund of deposit minus a 10% processing fee. -Changes made to the reservation are subject to a processing fee, determined by Management. -There are no refunds after the final payment has been processed. -There are no refunds for early departures due to sickness or weather. FINAL PAYMENT: An automatic charge will be made to the credit card on file for the remainder of your balance 14 days prior to your arrival or 30 days prior to arrival during Holiday periods. If you are sharing charges with another party, please have all the credit card information available when making the initial reservation. We are limited to two credit cards per reservation, however, we are more than happy to accept as many check payments needed to split the charges for your party. Please allow plenty of time when mailing check payments to our facility. We must have all final payments prior to your arrival. We ask that you use the PO Box when mailing to The 1849. Mammoth Lakes does not have mail service. CONDITIONS: We have a 2 night minimum year round with exceptions during Holiday periods. We have a 4 night minimum during Christmas/New Years, and a 3 night minimum for the President's Holiday and MLK Holiday. These minimums are based on availability. We reserve accommodations for the dates that you request and often turn away other potential guests. We do not overbook. Therefore, we are unable to refund for early departures, arrivals a day late or reservation changes within the cancellation period stated above. DAMAGES: All condos are checked by housekeeping and management prior to their arrival and again after their departure. A guest has 24 hours after their arrival to notify the front desk of any damages in the unit. We do not allow smoking or pets in any of our condos including the sunroom or porch areas. Guest(s) are liable for any and all damages to the premises and to furnishings, equipment and household items within the unit, occurring during guest's occupancy. Any damage costs, phone charges, mailing fees for items left behind, etc., will be charged against the credit card on file as stated in the security deposit policy. This policy agreement is faxed or mailed to each guest at the time the reservation is confirmed. PARKING: Parking passes will be issued upon check in. 2 Bedroom condos are allotted a maximum of 2 parking spaces. 3 and 4 bedrooms have a maximum of 3 parking spaces. For all reservations in Phase 1, you are guaranteed 1 covered parking space. All other vehicles must be parked in our outside lot. RESTRICTIONS: We do not allow pets on our property. All of our condos are non smoking, non pet units. RV/Camper or trailer camping is Prohibited. Our facility has ample parking for our guests, if you are need of parking a large vehicle or trailer, please contact the front office. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. REAL ESTATE SHOWINGS: If a unit you have rented is listed for sale, we reserve the right to show the unit to prospective buyers. We will do our best to give a 24-hour notice of showing. We will do our best to give a renter the option of moving to an alternate unit if available. CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 3:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME: BEFORE 10:00 AM The Policy Agreement That is Mailed Prior to your Arrival. Cancellation Policy: Advance deposit is required on all reservations. Cancellation is automatic if deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking the reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior during the Holiday periods. Cancellations prior to the Balance Due Date are subject to a 10% fee, deducted from the deposit before refunding. No refunds will be given after the Balance Due Date. If Mammoth Mountain Ski Lifts do not operate due to lack of snow, payment is refunded, less 10% processing fee, with no advance notice required. If Mammoth Mountain is open and there is no access from Canyon Lodge, a 25% refund will be given. This discount only applies during the Canyon Lodge scheduled operating dates for the Winter Season. Important: You will be asked to give your Credit Card Authorization as security against damages to the condominiums you have reserved. You understand and agree that this card will be used to pay for theft, phone charges, damages or plumbing stoppages cause by any member of your party during your occupancy. All trash will be removed from the unit and properly disposed of in a common receptacle, and all dishes will be done prior to departure to avoid an extra dirty charge against your security deposit. credit card within 3 business days after the date we reserve the cabin
will be cancelled. Your full payment is due on arrival. We accept Visa,

per stay for each pet. You agree to be financially responsible for all your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay for products and services purchased at this website. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. Terms of Service (a) Reservation Charges. You agree that your credit card will be charged for the full cost of the reservation when we accept your reservation order. The cost of your reservation is the total of: the Rental Fee, Reservation Processing Fee of $25.00, Linen Charge, local Transient Occupancy Tax of 13% and any other special products that were purchased from our website. (b) Cancellation Policies. You may cancel or change your reservation providing it meets the following guidelines. You may change your reservation dates or unit assignment without penalty or fees up to 14 days before your arrival date. There are no changes within 14 days of your arrival date. You may cancel your reservation up to 21 days before your arrival date with a $25.00 fee. There are no cancellations within 21 days of your arrival date and no refunds. Holiday periods have different deadlines. 30 days or more prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. The cancellation fee is $125.00 The reservation is Non Refundable 30 days or less before arrival. Refunds are issued approximately thirty days after cancellation of your reservations. Rental rates are subject to change at anytime. Sever weather conditions and occasionally a lack of snow are a way of life in the mountains and are truly beyond our control. Therefore, we'd like to be aware that no refunds are issued for weather related circumstances, snow conditions or the number of chair lifts in operations. (c) Reservation Deposit/Balance Due. a 50% deposit of the total amount of your reservation is due at the time of booking on a valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. (d) Our Limitations. Occasionally circumstances occur which will necessitate change your original accommodations Televisions break, units run out of firewood, and sometimes water pipes freeze. Mammoth reservation bureau will do everything possible to rectify such circumstances as quickly as possible on your behalf. We only ask that you have patience while we arrange assistance for you and try to understand that weather conditions and limited available services sometimes hamper our ability to facilitate an instant remedy to the situation. (d) Check-In Time. The central office is conveniently located near the corner of Highway 203 and Old Mammoth Road, as you enter town. The physical address is 94 Old Mammoth Road. If you plan to arrive in Mammoth after normal business hours, we will place an envelope with your unit's key in the wooden cabinet located inside our foyer. Please locate your key by checking the envelope with your last name and reservation number. Upon arrival, a $200 security deposit is required. A valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card may be used. If you do not have a credit card, you will be required to leave a $200 cash deposit. The registering party must be at least 21 years of age and will be held responsible of the entire party.
