Display Errors
It has come to our attention, that certain Internet
Security Products such as Firewall's, Pop-up or AD Blockers may be inhibiting
proper display and your enjoyment of our site. They may also be preventing
you from making an online reservation, or receiving the confirmation emails.
Here is what you can do.
1) Pop Ups - We use pop ups to alert you of errors
or deliver error messages. We also use them to show you special deals when
you go into our are. Please allow all pop-ups from CityConcierge.com to eliminate
these errors.
2) Put CityConcierge.com on your approved "white list"
for email. You will then receive your confirmations from us without an extra
step. If you subscribed to our newsletter, make sure you also do this as otherwise
our system won't be able to deliver to you.
NORTON INTERNET SECURITY
Norton's Internet Security Software, (NIS) which is a part of the Symantec
Anti-Virus software suite will cause this site to have;
1) Large spaces with missing graphics or photos;
2) Our sidebars have missing pictures and the advertised specials;
To allow our site to display properly, you must configure a rule to allow
www.cityconcierge.com to display advertisements and graphics without any
blockage. This can be done easily from your browser window. Look for the
Globe and the words "Web Assistant" in
your Internet Explore Browser Bar. Click the drop down arrow and you will see
two check marks next to the words "Block Ads On This Site" and "Block
Pop Ups On This Site".
Just uncheck these boxes and the majority of our site will
display properly. Your set up should now look like this.
If you did this correctly, you should
see two new pictures below
Anti
Virus, Firewall's, and Security Software makes all web sites displays
improper. To get the maximum benefits from our site, you may wish
to turn this feature off permanently from the "Configure Your
Security Settings" area,
so that you can see all web sites as intended. This way you won't miss a trick!

SENDING INFORMATION TO US & FIREWALLS
Firewall's inhibit intruders from coming into and your computer. They also
block the sending of personal data. Each piece of software is different, but if
you are having trouble sending information to us, such as a reservation, you may
wish to temporarily turn off your firewall, and once your receive a confirmation
your information has been sent, turn it back on. Please consult your software
for instructions. If you still cannot get your reservation to be accepted,
please call the office at 866-864-6444 and place a telephone order.
COOKIES
We do not use lasting cookies at this time. We use "session"
cookies which expire when you close your browser window. They leave no trace
and we do not collect personal data unless you implicitly give it to us. You
can read our privacy policy which explains how we collect
data and what we do with it, when you give it to us.
EMAIL
Some email programs, in order to prevent spam, require a human to place a click
to allow it go through. We make it a point to do this, however sometimes it
just doesn't work, or go through. Please call our office if you don't get your
