been verified by regional surveys of the Mammoth and Lake Tahoe Visitor.

Industry Association (TIA) in a April 2006 study concluded that:

visitors are broken into two groups, Winter, a much more affluent
group, and the Summer Visitor which is more of an adventurer. The
