Make Lake Tahoe Marathon Race Week, scheduled for September 25 through September 30, part of your next fall vacation. Lake Tahoe, home to the country’s largest alpine lake, showcases some of the most spectacular autumn foliage and breathtaking mountain scenery.

Runners and walkers have a host of events to choose from, including the popular 20-Mile Power Walk and Run, a non-competitive event; the Marathon, coined “a Saturday morning run you’ll never forget,” that winds down the West Shore from Tahoe City, California to South Lake Tahoe, California for a post-run bash.
