Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals for the Holidays

It's time to book your Lake Tahoe vacation rentals, condos and home rentals. We have units all around the north shore of Lake Tahoe including Northstar, Tahoe City and Incline Village. Some lodging has lakefront views, or are near the ski slopes. In Northstar we have walk to the lifts and tucked away in the forest. North shore has more ski resort areas, but south Lake Tahoe has the wild nightlife in the casinos.

So where do you go when you think of Lake Tahoe for the holidays? Ask us, we know! Northstar area is great for families with all terrain for skiing. Squaw and Alpine Meadows near Tahoe City are great for skiers and riders who are more advanced. Diamond Peak in Incline Village is also good for families with gentler slopes and a slower pace.

In the south, Heavenly Valley Mountain Resort is also a good all around family destination for skiing. A little further to drive if you're coming from the North, bay area or Reno airport, but a lot closer if you're going to do a combo Mammoth / Lake Tahoe ski vacation! When you stay in South Lake Tahoe, you might want to consider staying in the Tahoe Keys area. It is a beautiful marina area and about 15 minutes to downtown, but a whole lot closer if you also plan to ski Kirkwood Mountain. Kirkwood is a nice family mountain with a wonderful chair lift system for all levels of skiers and snowboarders
