South Lake Tahoe Fires - Business Are Open

The South Lake Tahoe fires are nearly 60% contained and the roads have opened. To help those who have suffered personal devistation, please continue planning your summer trip to Lake Tahoe, so that their business won't also diminish.
The fire is located outside of South Lake Tahoe, and nowhere near the tourist areas. North Tahoe area reports that although you can see the smoke clouds, you cannot smell the wood smell and the beaches and lake shore remains pristine.
