Squaw Valley Reservations

Squaw Valley is known for 2 things, the 1964 Olympics and their Tram. However, they also happen to have some exciting vacation activities so when you're visiting, be sure to stay at one of the hotels in Squaw Valley that are right at the base lodge area.
The 2 most well known hotels in the village are Plumpjacks, an upscale hipster lodge and for pure elegance, the Resort at Squaw Creek. Both offer fine accommodations and are close enough to the village, tram, and many of the summer activities (such as golf or horseback riding) that they are nice choices any season.
The pool on the ski mountain is one of those little know activities, that is really fun. It is a one of a kind to go swimming when it is snowing and cold. To get there you get to ride the famous tram. And where is the tram... right by Plumpjacks.
In summer, you'll have to check out the Resort at Squaw Creek. The horse stables and the golf course are right outside the hotel's door. 18 holes of fun all summer long. And at the village, you'll have bars, restaurants, ice skating and more. See ya here.
