Soda Springs Mountain Resort
Soda Springs is home to one of California's first snow tubing
areas. Soda offers two tubing tows that take you to the top of the
tubing runs. All you have to do is sit in the tube on the way up, and enjoy
the fun on the way down.
Snowboarders and skiers will find that Soda's Kids X Park offers just
the right size ride on boxes and rails, banks to catch small-sized
air, while Soda's more advanced terrain park "Triple T" has larger roller style jumps.
Soda Springs has a program they call "Planet Kids" which is for first timers
to snowboarding, or skiing. They have the famous magic
carpet to help kids learn to glide on the snow. Sometimes
Soda Springs discount lift tickets or play passes are sometimes availabl. You would be amazed at th
e terrain at the Soda Springs trail map and ski resort layout.

| Soda Springs is a great family resort. |
Soda Springs, celebrating it's 70th year, attracted
early day adventurers outfitted in laced leather boots with wooden skis.
Soda Springs was a popular destination accessed primarily by train. Much
has changed since those early days. Chairlifts have replaced tows and travel
is convenient on multi-lane Interstate 80. Modernization hasn't effected
tradition, however. The welcoming small resort spirit and relaxed atmosphere
of days past can still be discovered at Soda Springs.
