CASINOS NEAR MAMMOTH
It's fun, it's addicting and they're real close. Nevada is only
one hour away but there is an Indian Reservation casino near Mammoth. The closest is the casinos in Bishop - The Paiute Palace,
on an Indian Reservation, which you will pass on your
drive heading north on highway 395 from Southern California.

The casino in Bishop offers nearly the same games as the Nevada clubs and has very cheap slots. They will also feed you for nearly nothing. If you pop by there, be sure to fill up your gas tank as their gas is usually less expensive then in Mammoth by a long shot.
Just out of Mammoth heading north on Highway 395 you will drive right into nearby Topaz Lake on the California/Nevada border which shares the beauty
of the Sierra with the gaming of Las Vegas. Though not quite as
big, Topaz Lodge and Casino has slots, tables, roulette and more.
It is about a 2 hour drive north of Mammoth.
There is an RV park with full hookups, motel, 24-hour restaurant,
casino, gas station and general store.
Heading across the Nevada border you will come to the small town of Hawthorne. Known for more than just its casinos, you can get good Nevada action here as well. If you're really itching for some poker and blackjack fun, you might also considering going all the way up to South Lake Tahoe. On the Nevada side, you can find all kinds of
casinos in South Lake Tahoe and City Concierge also services that area. The place to consider are the
hotels in Stateline Nevada, which are the most popular where you can get just about any kind of game you can in Las Vegas, and all the trimmings too such as headline entertainment, large hotels, swimming pools and the magnificent view on the lake.
Believe it when we say South Lake Tahoe is very close, you can ski or fish all day in Mammoth, depart by 4:00 PM and be in South Lake Tahoe for dinner at 7:30 PM and at the tables shortly thereafter. Why not make a fun 5 days and spend 3 in Mammoth and get 2 nights
lodging in Lake Tahoe. We can help you with that. Good Luck to you.
