The most asked about fact on Mammoth is the amount of snowfall and the sunny days. The numbers have changed recently more towards 400 inches of snowfall as since "El Nino" hit, the snowfall levels have been well over 600 inches. In December 2010 Mammoth resort received over 200 inches in just one month! That's a lot of snow. Ironically, most of the time, it is sunny in Mammoth.
