Mammoth Motocross Rides On

Motocross is back again for another year. The Town of Mammoth Lakes is sponsoring the event and it is going to be another 10 days of fun. The motocross event is June 16-29, 2011 and will be another town wide celebration. The details are coming but plan on coming up. The event is for spectators as well as participants and takes place on the famous Mammoth MotoCross track just below the Sherwin Mountains. The event is for spectators and riders, and most riders qualify prior in one of the local motocross events. It is a big deal as the whole town celebrates. The event happens about the same time each year, when the weather is warm during the day with cooler nights. Come on out.
