Mammoth Weather - Snow and a Lot of It

Snow was predicted in Mammoth yesterday and today as it is still snow, over 27" of new snow has fallen. Buckets and Buckets of snow and this is matched with the 16" of new snow just a week ago. Temperatures are currently 30 in town and colder on the hill plus wind chill. Presidents weekend is expecting sunshine but with the weather patterns the way they are, plan on more snow! Again, buckets and buckets. Nearly 4 feet in the last two weeks. Would we call that a dump of snow? "You Betcha!" Thank you to the groomers who have been working overtime to rebuild all the terrain parks, and keep the slopes in fashionable corduroy after our recent 60" dump.
