Rock Creek is set at the foot of the Eastern Sierras off of Hwy 395. The various trail heads and campgrounds are deep into the canyon. This is a wonderful secluded place where the autumn trees turn colors long before the rest of the forest knows it's time. The most famous trail head is mosquito flats. There is also a snow park out along the lakes. rock creek campground area
