UPDATE -- Mammoth Mountain Resort
Activities & Events --April 2007

The April miracle has happened. We had snow, and we are expecting more. Over the weekend, 12" of fresh fluffy powder fell from the sky which was preceded by an additional 6". Predictions have it that it will snow on Thursday and Saturday this weekend! It has been very cold at night. weather forecast . It may be true that it will even snow on the first day of fishing season.

For the hard core skiers and riders, the $45.00 lift and lodging ticket is still available on selected condos. Other condos have begun to drop their rates to low season. You can book lodging online and if you have any questions we're here to help. 866-864-6444

Join in The Mammoth Earth Day Experience -- April 20 - 22

The Mammoth Earth Day Experience is a community-wide celebration April 20 - 22 in honor of John Muir's birthday and Earth Day. The weekend theme: "Climb the mountains and get their glad tidings ..." The Mammoth Earth Day Experience. A schedule of weekend activities will be noted in the Mammoth Times.

Mono County Fishing Open Day Fundraising Dinner --Thursday, April 26
Join the Mammoth Lakes Sport fishing Association and other area organizations and groups to celebrate Opening Day of the fishing season with a fundraising dinner at Burger's Restaurant from 5:30 p.m. All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Hot Creek Hatchery. Dinners are $45/person and must be pre-purchased as seating is limited to the first 80 people and created by Ed Hurley formerly of Ocean Harvest.
