The
price shown in the Online Booking Section is the TOTAL net rental amount before
booking fee and tax. NOT the nightly rate. Individual nightly rates by season
are listed on our Rates page. All reservations are assessed a booking fee Town
of Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax. When booking online, a reservation number
will be issued and you will receive an “initial” confirmation via
e-mail. Prices are subject to change at any time. We accept all major credit cards. PLEASE
NOTE: Pricing and confirmation of reservation is not guaranteed until we charge
your credit card and you receive a formal Rental Confirmation directly from Property
Manager. Please
refer to your reservation number in any future correspondence.

OWNERS OF THIS VACATION HOME HAVE GRACIOUSLY FURNISHED THEIR HOME FOR YOUR
COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THEIR HOME AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN!
CHECK-IN is 4 PM / CHECK-OUT is 10 AM
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely NO SMOKING
/ NO PETS. All units include luxury linens and towels, European bath amenities,
luxury robes in master suite, “First Morning Welcome Basket” with
organic coffee, unlimited local calls, free domestic and international long
distance (with some restrictions), fully equipped kitchens, cable or satellite
TV, and VCR or DVD. Most (but not all) units have high-speed Internet. DAILY
MAID SERVICE is provided. Your credit card will act as a security deposit and
will be charged for damages, theft, extra cleaning, lost keys and/or phone calls
not covered by free service. A significant up front security deposit will be
required when booking homes. We are not responsible for weather or road conditions,
power, cable or telephone outages, pool or spa breakdowns, early departures
and/or lost items. Entire deposit is subject to forfeiture if occupants exceed
maximum capacity of unit (Town of Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code). Property Manager
is NOT responsible for injury to guests or for loss of valuables. Found items
will be returned upon request for a $25.00 service charge plus cost of shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit payment equal to 1/2 the rental
amount is due at time of booking. Your final payment is due 21 days prior to
your arrival (45 days for holiday reservations) to avoid cancellation. Your
credit card will be charged. Your reservation is NOT REFUNDABLE if cancelled
within 21 days of arrival (45 days for holiday reservations.) All cancellations
outside that 21 or 45-day period are assessed a bookkeeping/cancellation
fee ($125 or 10% whichever is higher for holiday reservations.) We reserve the
right to transfer this reservation to another unit in the event of an emergency.
For peace of mind, you may wish to purchase travel insurance. Please contact the
City Concierge office at 866-864-6444 xtn 1 if you are concerned and wish to protect
your vacation investment. There are no check-ins' or check outs on Christmas Day. We reserve the right to move you to another unit in the event of an emergency.
KEY PICK-UP AND RETURN PROCEDURES: Always bring your confirmation
with you to Mammoth.
For Grand Havens, all keys are to be picked up at our office, 1914 Meridian
Boulevard , in the Mammoth Sierra Properties Building (across the street from
Vons). Keys are available after business hours in our 24-hour lobby entrance.
Your keys and a town/complex map will be found in an envelope with your name
on it in our combination lockbox on your left as you enter our 24-hour lobby
entrance. The lockbox combination will be listed on your formal rental confirmation.
Press those numbers in order and turn knob to right to open. Leave ALL keys
in “KEY DROP” (adjacent to lockbox) at checkout. NEVER leave keys
at the individual complexes. Property Manager
has a 24 hour emergency phone. Listen carefully to the message. It
will direct you to on-call personnel.
For Tallus Homes, Keys are picked up directly at Tallus. The concierge will meet you so you must call to arrange a time to meet the on site manager. The phone number is 760-934-5490. Property Manager
