Holidays, many places have minimum night stays. Currently 4 nights before
Christmas, and 5 nights after. Martin Luther King Weekend is a 3 night Minimum, President's Weekend is 3-4 Nights. It depends on the complex with slopeside / walk to lifts having the higher minimum night stays.

Cancellation
