The price shown above is the total net rental amount. The amount shown does not include a booking fee or occupancy tax. Please review your reservation. We currently do not accept reservations during Christmas and President's holiday periods via our electronic interface. Please call the City Concierge office at 866-864-6444 for holiday reservationsCANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit payment equal to 1/2 the rental amount is due at time of booking. Your final payment is due 21 days prior to your arrival (45 days for holiday reservations) to avoid cancellation. Your credit card will be charged. Your reservation is NOT REFUNDABLE if cancelled within 21 days of arrival (45 days for holiday reservations.) All cancellations outside that 21 or 45-day period are assessed a $100 bookkeeping/cancellation fee ($125 for holiday reservations.) OR 10% WHICHEVER IS HIGHER We reserve the right to transfer this reservation to another unit in the event of an emergency. There are no check ins / check outs on Christmas Day December 25. To modify this policy you should consider vacation rental insurance which may cover your deposits and /or costs should someone become ill prior to your vacation.
NO SMOKING / NO PETS. You will forfeit your security deposit if you violate this policy. You may bring a pet only in predesignated pet units.
OCCUPANCY: Occupancy rates are strictly enforced. You may evicted for violating this important Mammoth Lakes law.
CONDOMINIUM FEATURES All units include linens, towels, fully equipped kitchens and cable TV. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE unless requested for an additional fee.
CUSTOM DECORATION: Each homes is custom decorated, and is owned by an individual. Please respect the furnishings as they have graciously allowed you to rent their home. Your credit card will act as a security deposit and will be charged for damages, theft, extra cleaning, lost keys and/or long distance phone calls.
REFUNDS: We are not responsible for weather and road conditions, lack of snow, power, cable or telephone outages, pool or spa breakdowns, early departures and/or lost items. Entire deposit is subject to forfeiture if occupants exceed maximum capacity of unit. We are not responsible for injury to guests or for loss of valuables. Found items will be returned upon request for a $25.00 service charge plus cost of shipping.
PAYMENT: When booking online, a reservation number will be issued and you will receive an “initial” confirmation via e-mail. Prices are subject to change at any time.
