Policies for this Unit

Selected High Quality Properties at Northstar & North Lake Tahoe.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A credit card will be kept on file in case of damage. We welcome Visa and Mastercard.

CANCELLATION: Reservations may be cancelled less a $125.00 or 10% whichever is higher service fee with notification at least 14 days prior to intended arrival.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION: 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THESE DEADLINES. To modify this policy you should consider vacation rental insurance which may cover your deposits and /or costs should someone become ill prior to your vacation.

PETS: Most properties do not allow pets. Please call our office for pet approved properties. There is a $500 refundable security deposit.

RATES: Prices show do not include a booking fee, cleaning fee or occupancy tax, which will be added at check out time.

2 night stay except during holiday periods. 4 night minimum during Christmas Holidays 12/19-1/1, 3 nights during Martin Luther King Holiday and Presidents Weekends

: A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking date. The balance is due 14 days prior to scheduled non-holiday arrival. Holidays & Luxury Homes are 30 days prior to arrival

CONDO AND HOME RENTALS INCLUDE: Fully equipped kitchens; Fireplaces with a/supply of wood; Washers & Dryers; Color Cable TV; Cleaning Service upon departure.HOTELS DO NOT INCLUDE THESE ITEMS.

These beautiful lakefront suites include fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, some suites are equipped with hot tubs and most have washers and dryers. This suites DO NOT include Northstar's amenities.

All properties at Northstar-at-Tahoe include access to Northstar's Swim & Racquet Club and shuttle bus access. If you are not sure if the property you rented is in Northstar, please call our office for assistance.
